Caretaker Prime Minister, Hassan Diab, affirmed that the families of students who are pursuing their studies abroad have the right to access the "student dollar" based on the law approved by the Parliament. PM Diab stated that evading the application of this law entails legal responsibilities for the party that refuses to implement it, for it causes great damage to the students' parents and the students themselves.
Premier Diab called for the immediate implementation of this law.
